Camp OO-U-La located near Lawrenceville, Georgia is operated for the children so that they may have a place to experience the same kinds of Camp activities as other children.
Firefighters throughout Georgia work diligently to support this great cause by holding fundraisers and acting as Camp counselors.”
There will be activities such as Child’s Identification Safety Kit, Fire Safety House, Safety Pup, Bounce Around, Live Entertainment, Face Painting. BBQ Plates and Hot Dogs will also be available.
The Fire Department has teamed up with Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club and both businesses have agreed to supply many of the resources needed and also donate funds.
